David G. Victor, distinguished professor of innovation and public policy at UC San Diego

Panelists will discuss how the conflict began, how it has affected global oil supply and injected uncertainty into markets, along with other macroeconomic effects.

Clark Merrefield, senior editor for economics and legal systems at The Journalist’s Resource, will moderate.
