New study in Science Advances shows how simply written text reminders can help keep people out of jail
November 23, 2015 — Michael Ignatieff, Edward R. Murrow Professor of Press, Politics and Public Policy, argues that when fighting ISIS, “fear makes for bad strategy.” He writes that turning away refugees will only aid ISIS in its campaign of “strategic disinformation.” Instead, the U.S. should lead by example and resettle 65,000 refugees, with the goal of encouraging other allies to aid in the crisis.
