March 6, 2012 — The 2012 Goldsmith Awards Ceremony honored excellence in political and investigative journalism. Alan Rusbridger, editor of The Guardian, delivered the keynote address, and the winner of the Goldsmith Prize for Investigative Reporting was awarded to the Associated Press for the series NYPD Intelligence Division.
