Katie Chen

Katie Chen is a second year MPA/ID student and Frank Knox Fellow. Her policy interests lie in the intersection of behavioral change and economic growth in developing countries. Prior to HKS, she worked in behavioral change problems across healthcare, education and children’s rights programs across Sub-Saharan Africa. She has previously worked across both private and non-profit sectors, at McKinsey & Company, Save the Children, and The Behavioral Insights Team. Katie is originally Chinese-Canadian but holds a curiosity for the world, having lived in Ethiopia, Kenya, South Africa, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and India.
