Godfrey Hodgson

Godfrey Hodgson was the Observer’s Washington correspondent in the 1960s, later editor of Insight at the Sunday Times, one of the original anchors of Channel 4 News, and foreign editor of The Independent. He is the author of more than a dozen books, mostly about American history and politics and was the director of the Reuter Foundation Programme at Oxford University
