The award-winning climate scientist Michael E. Mann and the Pulitzer Prize-winning Washington Post political cartoonist Tom Toles will discuss their collaborative book, The Madhouse Effect: How Climate Change Denial is Threatening Our Planet, Destroying Our Politics, & Driving Us Crazy, which, through satire, explores the thinking behind climate change denial in the face of overwhelming scientific consensus.  Free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served!
