Ayushi Gupta

Ayushi is pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration in International Development at Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to attending the Kennedy School, she worked as a development consultant with multilateral organizations, academic institutions, and think tanks, focusing on barriers to women’s economic and political participation in India. She is passionate about studying how social identity affects the allocation of resources and how policy can use behavioral insights to challenge social norms in developing societies.
